RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES
If you need to return an item please read our refund policy carefully.

We will post items to you within 7 days of receipt of your order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery including any unforeseeable circumstances (e.g.: Strikes, floods etc.).
Items to be delivered locally in Australia will be posted via Australia Post to the Australian address identified in your order.
If we are notified by you between 7 and 14 days of any failure or problems with delivery within Australia by Australia Post, we will make enquiries directly with Australia Post and if the veracity of your complaint can be verified (which can take around 8 weeks) and the non-delivery or faulty delivery event has occurred, we will at our cost, immediately post to you again by Australia Post a replacement item to the same delivery address within Australia subject to availability of products.
We will not be liable, if the non-delivery or faulty delivery has occurred by reason of your incorrect instructions, your failure to check your letterbox or collect parcels appropriately or your failure to maintain proper letterboxes for delivery by Australia Post or your failure to properly collect mail. If the item has already been reposted to you and still does not arrive, we will consider that the failure is a result of your failure to provide proper addresses for delivery.
We do not accept liability for non-delivery, faulty delivery or delayed delivery of any items posted to an address outside of Australia. In such circumstances the risk of delivery is entirely your responsibility and in such circumstances we strongly recommend that you accept the delivery options with insurance. Failure to select this option will be at your risk.
If we accept any special delivery instructions we do so on the condition that you accept the risk of these special delivery instructions.
Risk in the item will pass upon dispatch of the item. Title will pass upon successful delivery of the item. Except as otherwise expressly set out in this policy, all risk and liability associated with your use of this website and products is your responsibility.
Designs and art works accurately depict the life images at the time of reproduction of the image. However, slight variations may occur in colour due to camera light and flash control, computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Size representations are not to scale and may differ slightly because of the nature of the items/as many of our items are handmade.
All orders are subject to product availability. We promise to use our best endeavors to maintain sufficient stock of our products, however, from time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, products you ordered may not be available. If we have already accepted your order we will contact you by email to offer you a refund of the total amount paid by you for the item plus delivery costs or offer options for the issuance of credit or suggest similar alternative products.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at which time in which case, we will immediately notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address provided. Please ensure that you check your junk mail box as well.
Any resulting refund may be made using our standard refund payment methods.
Kaboodle Designs warrants the accuracy of the information contained in this website. However, in exceptional circumstances where our information is proven to be incorrect, we will offer to you the choice to
(a) cancel the order; or
(b) if the item has already been paid for and not dispatched, a refund; or
(c) if the item has already been paid for and dispatched, a refund upon return of the item.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS IN TRANSIT
For lost and damages of registered packages, we can assist you to file a complaint form on your behalf, it may take up to 8 weeks for Australia Post to investigate the problem and issue compensation if the package cannot be found. You understand that the time it takes for investigation is not under our control.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTION OFFERS
Discounts only apply to single orders, we do not adjust discounts for combined orders.
Kaboodle Designs has the right to alter any discounts and promotion offers anytime without notice.
TAXES & DUTIES
International customers may be charged value added tax, sales tax, or custom duties by the Customs of your country, those charges are your responsibility and you understand that any products you acquired from this web site are subject to such additional taxes and duties. It is your responsibility to ensure that you’re aware of the customs and import tax regulations for your country.
