All items purchased thru this website must be returned to us via mail.

 

NB: Due to Health and Hygiene regulations, we are unable to give exchange or refund on pierced earrings. 

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return the items purchased.

  • The items must be unworn and in original condition including original packaging, labels attached; and
  • You must include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.

We cannot issue refunds if the item is returned after 7 days.

We can only process refunds through your original payment method.  Credit card payments are refunded through our merchant facility. Paypal payments will be processed as a refund.

We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage costs.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong colour or have simply changed your mind, we are happy to exchange it for another item in our store within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Please ensure that you include details of what you want to exchange it for - including the name of the item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please also include a self addressed prepaid envelope or postage bag.

FAULTY ITEMS

All claims of fault must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If your claim is accepted, we will either replace the item, give you a credit note or refund the full amount to you.

Please note that credit notes can only be redeemed from our online store - www.kaboodledesigns.com.au and www.kaboodledesigns.com.

In instances where we are to reimburse you for shipping cost, only the value of regular post will be reimbursed. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Sorry we do not offer refunds or online store credits for sale items under any circumstance except for where the item was defective at the time of dispatch.
