  • On top of the watch (where you push to open), there is a knob. Gently pull the whole knob upwards. Change the time by turning the thumbscrew. When finished, push the knob back down. 

  • Majority of our products are handmade, so please allow for approximately 1-5 business days for your order to be despatched.

    Unfortunately, Australia Post delivery times are out of our control. For registered post, Australia Post usually have a 1-6 business day delivery timeframe. 

    If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. If you do not receive your parcel after 6 business days please contact your local post office, or contact us for your tracking number (if available).

    If you have not been away and the parcel have still not arrived, we suggest that you first call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your Australia Post notification notice may have been misplaced.

  • The quickest and easiest way to pay is by credit card via our Commonwealth Bank merchant facility or PayPal.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page.

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not wholesale.   

  • Unfortunately, we require all our orders to be made online. If you are unsure about using your credit card or Paypal, you can either choose to send us a money order, bank cheque or direct bank deposit instead.

  • By joining the Kaboodle Designs mailing list, you will be one of the first to know when we have sales, new designs and new stockists..!!

    We will not harass you and will only send out an email on an irregular basis. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your e-mail or residential address for any reason. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

    You can also unsubscribe at any time by unchecking the box located under your "My Account" section of the website.

  • If an item displays SOLD OUT, rest assured..!! I will be restocking them in a week or two.

    In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time - please contact us after 21 days.

    Registered Post and Express Post

    Kaboodle Designs is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery. We cannot offer a replacement until the investigation from Australia Post has been completed.

    If you have not received your order after 14 days, please let us know and we will create an investigation through Australia Post.

  • Yes, we offer a six month warranty on our extensive range of pocket watches. Your original receipt will be required to claim the warranty.

     

    We will either fix the fault or replace it with a brand new watch.

     

    For online purchases, you will be responsible for the cost of sending the watch back to us. We will however, send it back to you via regular mail at our cost.

    For store purchases, if you choose to send it back to us for repairs, you will responsible for the cost of sending the watch back to us and also the cost of us sending it back to you. Alternatively, you can drop it off and pick it up from one of our stores free of charge.

     

    Unfortunately, we do not offer warranty on any other products in our store.
